Emperor Naod lived in Tigra .
His son Emperor Libne Dingel (1508 - 1540) had seven children

2. Yacob
3. Emperor Minasa
4. The other son who died in Europe
5. Emperor Gelawdewos

7. Wolte Kidusan
His Imperial Majesty Emperor Libne Dingel (Anbsa Seged) is the Ancestor of
the Royal family of Gonder .
Emperor Sertse Dengel (Melek Seged) is the eldest son of Emperor Minasa.
His Successors were Emperor Yacob and Emperor Ze Dingel (Atsnaf Seged).
Emperor Minasa enthroned as Admas Seged and Emperor Geladewos as Atsnaf
Seged. However the Ancestral line of Emperor Libne Dingel continues
through Yacob.
Yacob had a son named Gira Fasil and Gira Fasil had two sons
1. Emperor Susysneyous
2. Rase Menekiyous
These two sons of Gira Fasil are the two Rocks of the Royal family of Gonder
The first Rock of the Royal family of Gonder begins with Emperor Susneyous
The Second Rock of the Royal family of Gonder begins with Rase Menekiyous
Emperor Fasilides (1632 - 1667) the great son of Emperor Susneyous belongs to the Royal family of the first Rock
Emperor Tewodros (1855-1868) the great descendant of Rase Menekiyous belongs to the Royal family of the second Rock

The second Rock of the Royal family of Gonder
Emperor Tewodros relates with the second Rock of the Roayl family with
the daughter of Rase Menekiyous. Her name is Lehlet Mariamawit. She is a
princess. Lehlet Mariamawit married Azaje (the Grandson of Emperor
Zara Yaqob) and they had the following children.
1. Mami
2. Deyane
3. Necho (The white one)
Necho is known as the the father of Dembiya. Dembiya is a province in
North Gonder. Necho is the father of Bidrse. Bidrse is the father of
Legase and Legase is the father of Dejazmatch Maru. Necho had also an
other son from a woman named Takusa Mareta. His name is Wolde Giorgis.
Dejazmatch Wolde Giorgis is the Grandfather of EmperorTewodros. Emperor
Tewodros birth name was Kassa. His father is Fite Awurari Haielu. And
his son is Prince Alemayehu.
I am Andinet Yigzaw Taye . My father was a Policeman and a soldier. I
was born in Gaynet and raised in Debretabor. Debretabor is the capital
city of Emperor Tewodros and Gaynet is the land of fearless warriors.
Fite Awurari Gebreye is the son of Gaynet. He was the highest ranked
warlord of Emperor Tewodros by whom he was loved dearly. The other
fearless warrior of Gaynet is my father Yigzaw Taye.
The Derge Government chose my father to fight Edihu rebels . While
fighting Kegne Azematch Berela, one of the top leaders of the rebels, my
father lost two of his bothers. He revenged the death of two of his
brothers by slaying the neck of the rebels' Leader .
Like the way the Durbush slayed the Neck of Emperor Yohannis IV and
carried his Neck. My father Yigzaw also slayed and carried the Neck of
Kegne Azematch Berela in the streets of Semada as a sign of victory .
My father was killed while he was fighting Ehapa (an other rebel group). He was shot by a rebel who ambushed on tree. I was a little child at
the time. And so I was raised by a step - father and known as Andinet
Demisie.
My mother is Fikra Kassawu. Her Garndfather Kegne Azematch Ayele Alitah
lived in South Gonder. The Grandfather of Kegne Azematch Ayele is the
well known warlord of Dembiya Dejazmatch Maru. Dejazmatch Maru is
related with Dejazmatch Wolde Giorgis. Dejazmatch Wolde Giorgis is the
Grandfather of Emperor Tewodros.
Thus I claim a link to the Royal family of Gonder through my Mother.

The Prophecy of Tewodros
In Gonder there is a prophecy that a great King named Tewodros will rule
Abesha for 40 years. In 1853 Meyesaw Kassa claimed he is the one who
fulfilled the Prophecy. He took the name Tewodros and crowned as Emperor
Tewodros II.
The name Meyesaw is part of the prophecy. Meyesaw means in Amharic the
one who pulls others back. Emperor Tewodros II also adapted the name
Meyesaw to fulfill the prophecy.
Tewodros means a gift of God . And the 40 years in the prophecy of my Tribe are symbols for Enlightenment.
With the grace of God I achieved that ideal goal at the age of 28 as an Enlightened poet.
Thus I claim I am a poet who fulfilled the prophecy of Tewodros.
Because a true Poet in a true sense means a King and an Emperor.
